You can select any combination of the superfood eats to fill up a box, and pick either weekly or monthly delivery.

The company's claim to fame is its inaugural blend-at-home smoothies, but it offers far more options today: smoothies, harvest bowls, soups, lattes, overnight oats, and chia parfaits. Foods are developed by a nutritionist and a chef to combine nutrition and taste.

If you haven't heard of it, Daily Harvest is a startup that sends frozen, pre-portioned foods to you that take about one minute on average to prepare - and that prep is usually restricted to adding water and heating. Thankfully, practical wishes seem to have more traction than requests for omnipotent control of weather patterns, and Daily Harvest is now a viable option. The simple matter of spices - there are this many? - snuffs out my weak interest. And to my detriment, I have not unlocked any internal excitement for cooking.
